How To Make Chocolates?

Studies have revealed that in today’s world women undergo a lot of stress as they have to manage with multiple roles of a sister, wife, daughter, mother etc. Sometimes due to extreme pressure and responsibilities some women may have to give up their career i.e., resigning from their jobs so that they can look after their children, family and home and many of them have lost their originality as well.
This is very common with women who have a nuclear family or specifically have small children; however sometimes you may notice that walking out on a job may not be a very good thing to do as your finances may become a bit strained.
So if you want to be financially independent and at the same instance, you want to spend quality time with your child or children; you may consider taking up a part time job or start something of your own. There are many companies that offer part time jobs and there are numerous benefits that are associated with such jobs like:
    •      You are open to take up any job of your choice; no one will force you to do any work.
    •      You are your own manager; you can work in your specified hours and on your terms and conditions.
    •  If during your job you have not got any opportunity to show case your talent, then here are wonderful opportunities for you to let everyone know, who you are and what miracles you can do.

OR
You can start working on your hobbies. This will give you immense pleasure and an income as well. Hand made things are very popular among all, these days.
I was searching for some pleasurable pastimes or some hobby ideas to keep myself busy and to take a break from all household things which can give me some pleasure and that could be of some source of income by any means. But unluckily I didn’t find anything in searches. So after spending so much of time a thought came to my mind that there must be other ladies also who might be searching something like that, I decided to end up the search and I started this blog, so that homemakers like me could get answers to their queries.
My purpose of writing this blog is to compile all the small things under one roof so that one need not to search again and again for any kind of hobby ideas. There are so many hobby ideas on internet but they all are scattered, so I’m trying to collect all of them. Obviously it won’t be possible for me to collect everything in a single instance so I’ll do that step by step.
Let’s start with chocolate making as it says “Shubh kaam ki shuruat meethe se honi chahiye” but that doesn’t mean this blog is for cooking recipes only. As the name suggests it will include all leisure pursuits (hobby ideas) a home maker can think of. Even I welcome all hobby ideas from my readers also because this is not my personal blog, everyone who will read this & want to input her idea will become the part of this family “Pleasurable Passtime”. So basically I’m trying to create a platform for all the homemakers to share their ideas with each other across the world. Let’s show our abilities to the world…….
“Nine out of ten people like Chocolate. The tenth person always lies.” John Q. Tullius
And when it will be made by you, tenth person can’t lie even………..
Steps for chocolate making:
Ingredients:
1.    Dark chocolate bar : 1(150gms)
2.    Milk chocolate bar : 1(150gms)
3.    Dry fruits like almonds, cashews, raisins, peanuts (1/2 bowl together)
4.    Crunches (50gms)
5.    Ghee 1tbsp(just to roast the nuts)
6.    Chocolate Moulds
7.    Chocolate wrapping sheets
Steps:
1.    Break both the chocolate bars into pieces n put in a double boiler (water in a steel vessel & a bowl on the top with chocolate)and put it on flame and stir continuously
Or
You can simply put the chocolate in microwave safe dish n micro it for 2 minutes. You have to check the chocolates after 2 minutes if it is melted properly or not, if not than micro it for 1 more minute. (Don’t overcook the chocolate in micro as if is overcooked the chocolate will be wasted)
2.    Take a pan, put the ghee n roast all the dry fruits in it for 2-3 minutes
3.    Chop all the roasted dry fruits in chopper
4.    Take the melted chocolate bowl and put all the chopped nuts n crunches in it. Stir well n put  melted chocolate in chocolate moulds
5.    Leave it aside to set in the moulds or you can keep that moulds in freezer. Chocolate will take the shape of the mould and you can easily pop them out of the mould
6.    Wrap the chocolates in wrapper n they are ready to offer someone. Or you can pack them attractively n gift them to someone special
